Our rates and restrictions

You can book any arrival date you want and any length of stay you want, with the exception of single night bookings, which can only be booked over the telephone. Furthermore, our per night rates decline dramatically as the booking lengthens towards a week, so that it is sometimes not much more expensive to book an extra night than a fixed rate early check-in or late check-out.

The online system will not allow you to book within four days of the arrival date, just in case we cannot get the property cleaned and ready for you in time. That said, if you contact us directly, the vast majority of the time we can pull our fingers out and get it arranged.

All rates are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
