Adrienne
Adrienne specialises in reflexology and the vast benefits this traditional treatment brings. She has always been interested in alternative and complementary therapies and their ability to treat the body as a whole.

Originally qualifying as a beauty therapist, Adrienne decided she wanted to be able to help her clients on at a much deeper level, which led her to train in reflexology. Since qualifying in 2010 she has been furthering her studies in the field and with Bach Flower Remedies.

Nell
Nell specialises in beauty and holistic therapy, working to restore the body’s natural balance by relieving stress and aiding relaxation.  She is very passionate about her work as a therapist, knowing that her skills can help her clients fulfil their lives.

With eight years of experience qualifying as a massage therapist in 2010, Nell recently went on to further training in beauty and holistic therapies.
