Christmas at Blenheim will feel a little different this year but they still have two events on offer both the illuminated lights trail and the traditional Blenheim Christmas

Traditional Blenheim Christmas 

The Palace will be open for you to come and enjoy the lavish state rooms including the Cecily Brown Contemporary Art Exhibition. There will be some decorated Christmas trees throughout for a little festive feel. The halls may not be decked as much, but we will definitely have the fires lit ready to give you a warm welcome.

Blenheim have made changes to their Christmas plans to keep you safe on your visit, unfortunately this means there will not be a Christmas Market this year. However, they can confirm both will be back for Christmas 2021 where you will be able to see The Story of The Nutcracker adorn the Palace.

Illuminated Lights Trail

There are bright lights for winter nights…

The Illuminated Light Trail will be even more spectacular this year with new installations including Blue Neuron and Heart of Stars. Wrap up warm and walk through breath-taking light displays with your family to enjoy the Palace gardens like never before. They cannot wait to give you the perfect outdoor Christmas experience.

2020 brings us new surpises from the Heart of the Stars scattering shards of light across the lawn to a scented fire garden that adorns the Water Terrace. Walk towards dynamic, colour-changing neon tunnels, lakeside reflections and onto a mesmerising place where, beneath the branches of a sprawling tree, softly glows the fairy-fire known as Will-o-the-Wisps.
