Guests are asked to arrive 10 mins before treatment time to fill out a medical questionnaire.

For your comfort a non smoking policy is operated throughout the spa.

So that you can  enjoy your treatment in peace we ask that all mobile phones be turned off when visiting the Spa.

Booking policy

When making your spa appointment a credit card will be needed to secure your booking. All appointments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will have a 50% treatment charge and all appointments missed will be charged at the full treatment price.
