The availability quotation on this website uses a unique system specially developed for Bruern Holiday Cottages by a UK based software developer, Five Star Systems. The internet server is immediately updated with all bookings taken and entered into the system in our offices, and vice versa.

We therefore don't quote availability manually by email in response to queries through the contact page on this website, since any manual quotation will necessarily be less up to date than one obtained automatically through the system on the site itself.

Weekly bookings, weekend bookings and midweek bookings (and any combination of these e.g. a ten night booking Friday to Monday) are all available throughout the year except for Christmas and New Year when we only accept weekly bookings.

Due to the lower demand for them, midweek bookings are less expensive than weekend bookings. Weekly bookings also work out at roughly half the price per night of weekends, because the fixed costs of cleaning, welcome baskets etc. are spread over the whole week.

As the prices are quoted automatically and accurately on this website, we avoid the risk of human error by not quoting prices by email in response to queries via the contact page on this site. Prices are quoted directly by the booking engine, which you can access by clicking the link "Pricing and Availability" to the left.

We accept all major credit cards.
